Sharing Kindness is looking for a seeking an office manager to assist with daily operations of our Cape Cod-based nonprofit. This is a 15-20-hour-per-week position (3-4 days per week) at our Harwich location, offering competitive compensation and an opportunity to join an inspiring and collaborative team.
This position requires a high level of in-person engagement to supervise staff, facilitate programming, collaborate with community stakeholders, and respond to emergent grief support needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate transition from Microsoft 365 to Google systems
- Manage administrative tasks for programs, fundraising and events
- Maintain database for peer grief support groups, with oversight from Program Director and School-based Clinical Director
- Set up rooms for peer grief support groups and complementary healing events
- Manage consitituent database, including donor and volunteer information, on CharityProud, our donor management system
- Assist with organizing materials for school-based grief groups and mailing materials for virtual groups
- Administrative tasks such as answering office phone, retrieving deliveries from the post office, and assisting with communication/outreach as needed
