His experience spans major and individual giving, institutional fundraising, donor engagement, and community-based philanthropy. Throughout his career, Kimball has worked with mission-driven organizations focused on health, education, conservation, and community wellbeing. At OCHS, he helps build philanthropic relationships and secure support for the health center’s work across the ten outermost towns of Cape Cod.
Jordan Bernard joined Outer Cape Health Services as Major Gifts Officer in August 2026, bringing experience in relationship development, business development, community engagement, and nonprofit fundraising. His background includes work with NationBuilder, Bonterra and Make-A-Wish, where he developed experience engaging supporters, strengthening relationships, and helping organizations mobilize people around their missions. Jordan grew up in Chatham and now lives in Greater Boston, giving him a personal connection to both communities that are central to OCHS philanthropy.
