At Cape Abilities, Mairead Graf Promoted to Vice President of Development

Cape Abilities, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities across Cape Cod, is pleased to announce that Mairead Graf has been promoted to Vice President of Development. Graf was previously serving as the organization’s Director of Development.

Graf has been an invaluable member of the Cape Abilities team since 2022, consistently demonstrating a high level of professionalism, strategic thinking, and commitment to the mission and values of Cape Abilities. Graf has played a pivotal role in advancing Cape Abilities’ fundraising efforts and fostering key partnerships. She has spearheaded numerous successful fundraising campaigns and initiatives.

“I am proud of the impacts I have been able to make as Director of Development,” said Graf. “Our donors are critical to the high-quality programs and services that Cape Abilities provides every day. I look forward to strengthening my relationships with the many generous supporters of Cape Abilities and helping them to further engage in this important work.”

As Vice President of Development, Graf will lead Cape Abilities’ fundraising efforts and collaborate closely with supporters and staff to advance the organization’s mission. She will continue to enhance fundraising initiatives, foster meaningful partnerships, and work collaboratively to achieve the collective goals of Cape Abilities.

Beyond her professional commitments, Graf remains an engaged community member, dedicating over five years to the Cape Cod Young Professionals, where she also served on the board. In 2013, her contributions earned her recognition as one of the Cape’s esteemed “40 under 40” by Cape and Plymouth Magazine. She has also participated on various boards, including the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Cape Cod, and the Tony Kent Ice Arena.
