Helping Our Women is seeking a Client Services Director.
The primary purpose of the Client Services Director is to lead the day-to-day delivery of HOW’s direct client services while managing a small team of staff. The Director conducts intake and 1:1 consultations with women living with chronic or serious health conditions, develops individualized service plans, and connects clients to HOW programs (such as transportation, financial assistance, food access, and technology) as well as broader community and government resources. The role provides advocacy, supported referrals, and crisis intervention, while empowering clients to navigate social services, entitlements, and medical systems with growing independence. As a member of the leadership team, the Client Services Director also collaborates with the Program Manager, Volunteer Coordinator, and Executive Director to align client services with HOW’s broader health and wellness programming.
