Christa Danilowicz
Vice President of Philanthropy, Housing Assistance CorpChrista Danilowicz joined Housing Assistance in February 2025 as Vice President of Philanthropy, bringing with her a wealth of experience in nonprofit fundraising and development.
Originally from Worcester, MA, Christa developed a lifelong connection to Cape Cod through summers spent in Sandwich before making it her permanent home in 2017. She began her Cape-based career in 2016 with the Cape Cod Commercial Fishermen’s Alliance and, in 2019, returned to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts, Cape Cod & Islands, where she ultimately dedicated nearly a decade to leading efforts that strengthened and expanded the organization’s philanthropic initiatives.
Christa’s professional expertise spans the full scope of development, including major gifts, annual giving, corporate and foundation relations, planned giving, donor stewardship, strategic planning, and fundraising events, as well as close collaboration with board members and fundraising leadership committees. A passionate relationship-builder, Christa believes in the transformative power of meaningful connections and mission-driven work to create lasting impact.
Beyond her professional role, Christa is an active community leader. She serves on the board of The Philanthropy Partners of Cape Cod and the Islands, has co-chaired and contributed to PPCI’s Philanthropy Day on Cape Cod, participates on the Fundraising Alumni Committee for the Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund, and volunteers with the Sandwich PTA.
Christa resides in Sandwich with her husband, Brian, and their two children, Teddy and Lilly. In her free time, she enjoys family outings, cycling, golfing, and spending time at the beach across all seasons.

Tori Costa is an Advisor at ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where she supports philanthropic engagement through corporate partnerships, board relations, and donor stewardship. With six years of experience in PR, event planning, and the nonprofit sector, Tori has worked with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod & the Islands, leading special events and community initiatives that drive impact. A proud North Shore native, she is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that inspire generosity and social change. In her free time, Tori enjoys reading, working out, and spending time at the beach.
