Philanthropy Partners of the Cape and Islands (PPCI) is pleased to announce that Joseph Lee, of the Center for Effective Philanthropy, will be delivering the keynote address at the organization’s 29th Annual Philanthropy Day on Cape Cod conference, slated for Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at the Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod, 1225 Iyannough Rd (Rte 132) in Hyannis, Massachusetts.

Joseph Lee

Joseph Lee, Senior Manager, Assessment and Advisory Services, leads the creation and presentation of the Center for Effective Philanthropy’s performance assessments and advisory services. Previously, Joe worked at CEP from 2007 to 2010. Prior to rejoining the organization in 2022, Joe served as a senior advisor at The Boston Foundation where, as part of The Philanthropic Initiative, he consulted with funders, individual donors, and family philanthropists to develop their giving strategies and improve the impact of their grantmaking. In addition, Joe has experience working in global health and higher education, with a particular emphasis on program evaluation and project management. Joe is also a member of Saffron Circle, a participatory grantmaking group committed to creating positive social change in the greater Boston Asian community.

PPCI invites you to join us for a timely and though-provoking keynote on what nonprofits are telling funders they need – and how philanthropy is responding.

Each year, this prestigious high-profile conference attracts hundreds of attendees from across the region. Non-profit organizations on Cape Cod and the Islands, their volunteers and board members, as well as professional advisors are welcome to attend the only full-day philanthropy conference on Cape Cod to share current best practices in fundraising and celebrate charitable giving.

Early bird registration is $89 for PPCI members and $119 for non-members who register by Sept. 15, or $110 for PPCI members and $135 for non-members after that date. Reserved tables are also available.
