Falmouth Housing Trust, Inc. is seeking a Chief Development Officer.
Falmouth Housing Trust, Inc. is an independent 501(c)3 charitable organization that has worked since its organization in 1986 to provide home ownership opportunities to individuals and families who earn up to 80% – 120% of Area Median Income. The mission of Falmouth Housing Trust is to enhance the community of Falmouth
by developing and maintaining sustainable and affordable workforce housing.
The Chief Development Officer (CDO) is a key leadership position within a small collaborative work environment reporting directly to the Executive Director. The CDO is responsible for leading and implementing the organization’s fundraising program focused on annual and major gifts, grants and planned giving initiatives, and for driving advocacy and awareness of the organization’s mission.
