YARMOUTH PORT, MA — Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod is pleased to announce Sandwich resident Paul Manganella as its new Finance Director. He succeeds longtime Chief Financial Officer Peter Brooks, who retired in July. Paul joined Habitat Cape Cod in May, bringing a wealth of experience from his career in the financial sector as well as his extensive volunteer service with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Bridgeview Montessori School Board of Trustees, and The Good Samaritan Suicide Hotline.
As Finance Director, Paul will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and compliance. His background includes expertise in strategic financial leadership, fiscal management, raising capital funds, optimizing financial systems, and maintaining compliance with laws and regulations. Paul’s support is essential to advancing the organization’s financial capacity to build more affordable homes with local families on Cape Cod.
“We are excited to welcome Paul to our team to build on the strong foundation established by Peter Brooks,” said Wendy Cullinan, President and CEO. “Paul’s expertise will help further guide Habitat’s mission of partnering with families in need of an affordable home to build one of their own. His positive spirit and friendly nature will be a great asset to our staff, volunteers, and community partners.”
