How to Celebrate Philanthropy Month 2020

Happy Philanthropy Month! As we shared in recent communications, we have a number of exciting ways to celebrate Philanthropy Month this November. While we will miss seeing everyone at Philanthropy Day as we normally do this time of year, we look forward to what we have planned for the weeks ahead. Please see below on how you can engage with Philanthropy Partners of the Cape and Islands this month.
  • Philanthropy Day 2020 Networking Event. Tuesday, November 10 at 9am. Join fellow nonprofit professionals, volunteers and board members to network remotely – it’s your chance to introduce you and your business to so many of your peers in the industry. Click here to register for November 10th.
  • Fundraising During Crisis: 5 Trends That Will Shape Fundraising in 2021.  Wednesday, November 18 at 9am. Join Jack Cotton and Cyndy Cotton in a discussion about having a plan, understanding trends and being nimble to help you to focus and implement your strategy to for a successful 2021. Click here to register for November 18th.
  • We know that so many people in our community open their hearts to others, especially in uncertain times like these. During the month of November, we would like to spotlight some of these Cape Cod Random Acts of Kindness. If you have one you would like to share, please post it on our Facebook Page, and include a hashtag along with it: #PhilanthropyMonthCapeCod and #CapeCodGiving.
  • Keep an eye on our PPCI Facebook Page for a video series highlighting the hard work of our local non-profits on the Cape and Islands, throughout the month. Thank you to the Cape Cod Media Center for putting these videos together!

We are grateful to have your support this year, and look forward to having you take part in these activities. Please feel free to visit our website to learn more about Membership Opportunities and Sponsorship Opportunities, and have a very Happy Philanthropy Month!
