The Cape Cod Children’s Place is seeking a Director of Development. Cape Cod Children’s Place helps children and families build resilience, strengths and skills so our whole Cape community can thrive though three focus areas, Family Support Services, Early Education and Care and Community Engagement.
The Director of Development leads and manages all fundraising efforts for Cape Cod Children’s Place. Through comprehensive development and marketing efforts the Director strengthens the organization’s financial stability and expands its impact by cultivating relationships with individual donors, foundations, and community partners. The Director works collaboratively with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and staff to align fundraising strategies with the organization’s mission and values, driving sustained growth and ensuring vital services reach Cape children and families.
