Cynthia Cotton Named CFRE Ambassador to Support Fundraising Professionals Nationwide

Cynthia Cotton, Executive Director of the Osterville Village Library and a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), has been named a CFRE Ambassador by CFRE International. This prestigious volunteer role is dedicated to mentoring and guiding fellow fundraising professionals on their journey to certification.
CFRE International, an independent nonprofit founded in 2001, sets global standards in philanthropy through a rigorous and reliable certification process. Earning the CFRE credential demonstrates a commitment to ethical fundraising, continued professional development, and a mastery of best practices in the field.
As a CFRE Ambassador, Cotton joins a global network of certified professionals who provide 1:1 support to those interested in pursuing the CFRE credential. Ambassadors share personal insights, answer questions, and help others feel confident in taking the next step in their fundraising careers.
