Cape Cod Children’s Place Announces Abigail Field as Director of Development
A new leader is named as the organization completes its 30th year
Erin Sullivan, Executive Director of Cape Cod Children’s Place (CCCP) announced that Abigail Field has been appointed new Director of Development for the organization. “Adding Abby to our leadership team allows us to strengthen our community relationships and build sustainability for our services that support families and community partners to increase their strengths, skills and resilience so children can thrive,” said Sullivan. Field, an experienced nonprofit leader, previously served as Chief Executive Officer for the Cape Wellness Collaborative and Associate Director for Pleasant Bay Community Boating (PBCB).

Abigail’s previous nonprofit leadership has focused on building and sustaining programs that increase quality of life for Cape residents including free of charge integrative care for people facing cancer through CWC, and accessible, affordable sailing and marine science education and opportunities through PBCB. Field has extensive experience building partnerships within the community and creating access to support and resources that enrich and secure local children, families and individuals.
