Cape Cod Foundation Promotes Three Staff Members

Caitlin Buckley and Mary Beth Burwood have been appointed Senior Program Officers in their divisions. Caitlin is responsible for strategic leadership and management of the Foundation’s responsive grantmaking, program initiatives, and community engagement. Mary Beth is focused on the education side of programming, working to advance the Foundation’s scholarship program, education-related grantmaking, and educational outreach. They will both celebrate their 5th Anniversaries with the Foundation this year.

Program Officer Jeanne Ruckert Lovy, who joined the Foundation team in 2023, was promoted to Director of Impact. In this role, Jeannie will be responsible for ensuring that all grant, scholarship, and nonprofit support activities of the Foundation are developed and administered to maximize our desired impact on Cape Cod.

The Cape Cod Foundation is a community foundation whose mission is to build permanent charitable resources for community betterment through informed grantmaking and civic leadership. Founded in 1989, the organization celebrated its 35th Anniversary in 2024.
