About Our Speakers
Tracy O’Neill

Tracy is the Founder, CEO and Creative Director at Two Crows Creative Group and has been a marketing professional since the ’90s, starting her career with New England Financial/Met Life. Luckily for her, the rise of electronic communication was happening right then, which allowed her to give up the commute from the Cape to Boston and start freelancing.
Early freelance projects included work for national brands like Reebok, Dunkin’ Donuts, and BobVila.com, where she contributed lifestyle and home content. At the same time, she was juggling the opening of a wine shop in Hyannis – another passion. Her first clients were in the financial sector, but she quickly expanded her portfolio to include local small businesses and community organizations.
After 18 years as an independent marketing consultant, Tracy did her rebrand in 2018 with the launch of Two Crows Creative Group. Today, Tracy and her team serve many of the Cape’s most recognized nonprofit organizations and a select group of owner-operated small businesses.
Tracy has a B.S. in journalism from Syracuse University and lives with her family in Buzzards Bay. The best advice she can give to fellow small business owners? “Focus your energies on what you do best, and hire awesome people to do the rest.”
